Getting Unauthrozed error 403 while sending SAP data to CIG

Hi All,

We are getting the 403 unauthorized error while sending the SAP data to CIG . We have tried resetting the P-user credentials, but we are still getting this error. Below is the log generated.

Yes Ashish Please raise Ariba SR so it can be looked into it

You might encounter 403, if the P user doesn't have the necessary role (ESBMessaging.send). Please reach out to the support team

Thanks Senthil. Do you mean we need to create Ariba SR for this?
