Report story permissions - Run versus creation

Dear all,

As explained in the permissions documentation for stories in people analytics (https://help.sap.com/viewer/dad69084edb947e98ebede671ecd26f0/2005/en-US/31c8a29bdc354b159379f43cc50471ec.html), there are basically two report stories permissions :

1. Create report story : to be able to create, edit, share report stories

2. Report story admin : to be able to manage all report stories

But, I don't see any "Run report story" permission. Is there a way to allow user to only run report story without being able to create a report story ?

Hi Laurent,

This is a known bug that was recently raised. It is not expected to provide "Create" access in order to run Stories. Simply having that Story shared to your user is sufficient.

The internal reference for this known bug is AYT-31419 and we have identified the fix. We are now in the process of determining whether this can be patched or will roll out with the 2020 H2 release.
