How to define condition between Characteristic and Key figure

Hi All,

I preapred a Key figure (Picture attached) that calls PO Balance.

PO balance means the diffrence between total net po and total invoice that connect to this PO. I want to know if there in an option to create condition between Charachteristic and Key figure and to turn PO Balance to zero when the invoice amount is less than the total net amount of the PO and the po is finished. Maybe there is a field that turn to zero when the PO is Finish, if there is what is it?

If you have another idea to solve this issue please let me know.

Hi Matan,

Create a new restricted key figure based on your PO balance key figure. Restrict the new key figure with a fixed value for characteristic 'PO status' not equal to 'Finished'.

The new key figure will only show a value in the column if the status is as mentioned. You can hide the old PO balance key figure.

Hi Matan,

The easiest option would be to edit the key figure settings to show zeros. See the attached screenshot.

Thank you i didi it whet i create the restriction, but is still shows empty field.
