How to view all GRC PC related open workflows in NWBC?

Hi All,

My requirement is to create a custom report to close all the PC related open workflows irrespective of user IDs, by which i mean, i should be able to close ALL open workflows, not only the ones displayed in the work inbox. therefore, i wanted to know if it is possible to view all the open workflows in NWBC related to PC. Any leads will be really helpful!

Did you try to delete main work item in SWIA.

Hi,

Check if Report ID: GRFN_AUTH2 is useful for you. This report provides visibility into the coverage of activities to a specific user and PC/RM PFCG role. For each activity, it shows what users are granted the authorization to perform it in the system under specific role and business entity. A user could review this report and determine if authorization is distributed properly.
