SAP APO CCR - Missing in APO for purchase requisitions

Hi Guys,

We are seeing Huge missing in apo in Purchase requisitions in daily CCR.

Error: 181 (missing in APO) - Old purchase requisitions.

Heuristic is creating purchase requisitions and later C5 jobs will send purchase requisitions to ECC. For few examples, we are seeing old purchase requisitions still exist in ECC end but already deleting in APO. New purchase requisitions are present both in APO and ECC.

I think deletion change pointer for few combinations (purchase requisition) not moving to ECC correctly. We checked all C5 jobs and all locations are already included.
