Solution Manger Upgrade from 7.0 EHP1 to Solution Manager 7.2

Hi Experts,

We have Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1, Now we are asked to upgrade to Solution manager 7.2 SP8.

We are looking for all possible options. Kindly suggest.

I have gone through the SCN thread, But all the links are not working. Do we have any other doc on the same? and the possible option is only to upgrade 7.0 ==>7.1==> 7.2 ??
