Hi,
We are facing issue with single user where he is unable to see the work items in his UWL inbox. Mail is triggered in SOST but the user didn't get notification and the work item is not displaying in his UWL inbox.
We want to see if there is any way to check the work item log for particular user from portal end. It would be great help if anyone have some clue for this issue.
