How can I assign a privilege that I can only select a user in Hana?

create a user from the Hana Studio with the SYSTEM user, however I cannot assign the object privileges to it

Still to do not get what your issue really is. You are logged in with the user SYSTEM, the "+ button" is enabled. So if user SYSTEM can grant the privileges you should be able to do it.
