Hi friends,

After trying to open a model in SAC (via Chrome incognito-Mode) the following Error appears.

I can't find a solution to that:

Kind regards,

Ismail

Hi Ismael,

Can you retry opening the model and make sure you have Developer Tools open in Chrome? Can you share what request is responsible for the timeout and what error is displayed in 'network' and 'console' tab?

Kind regards,

Hi Ismail,

Looks like your backend data source doesn't respond in a timely manner. Do other models base on the same backend work?

Kind regards,

Nope, they don't work either. I also think it results from some backend settings.

Do you have an idea ?

Kind regards,

Ismail
