Hi All,

How does a user know which template will be used when creating an invoice from an invoice request. Please guide Thanks

Dear Hitesh,

When you click Invoice on the invoice request then on the New Invoice screen there is a Preview button available. By clicking Preview you will be able to see the Template Name that will be used before saving the invoice.

Also please note if you want to change the template, in the New Invoice screen you can click 'You Can Also' button > Edit Output Settings. There you can select a different Template before saving the invoice.

The templates came from customer invoice template for invoice request.

and as emiline said by using edit output setting you can chose specific template that connecting to this business object.
