IBP: Planning Area replace -> KF values into new PA

Hello,

we replace a PA. in the "new" PA the master data would be create and correct copied.
We saw, that the KF ,e.g.actuals are not copied.

We try to uplaod with an Excel File the "KF actuals" and the values are in the HANA DB but we can't see them in the Planning View. For that reason, we try to create planning objects. But this was not possible. We get only the messages, that "no data found"

If we copied the planning area, give it further steps that we have to take into account ?

From your side, what is the best way to insert the KF values after you have replaced the PA ?

Hello,

in the meanwhiloe, I find the issue.

If I use the "existing repalce" features, the UOM and Conversion are visible and I also see planning objects, but this things are not useable.

I have to changed the UOM and exchange rate. I update the values and saved it. After this, I can refresh my planning view and the data where visible and I can work with them.
