Error while loading SAP Mobile Card in mobile device

Hello Experts,

I am getting the error shared below when loading the SAP Mobile Cards on my mobile device. I have installed the SAP Mobile Cards application in mobile and am trying to add the cards using the SAP Mobile Services account's QR code. Please advise if I need to perform any additional configuration in the OAuth other than the default settings.

Are you trying it on iOS or Android device?

Is Mobile Services on NEO or CF environment? Trial or productive account?

How exactly you scanned the QR code?

You may want to have a look at this tutorial.

Device: iOS

Account: Productive

Environment: NEO

QR code is scanned as per the steps mentioned in the developer tutorial.

You may want to check below:

In Mobile Services cockpit > SAP Mobile Cards > APIs, you will find API for "Registration iOS" in this format: com.sap.content2go//configure?serverURL=<serverurl>&oauthClientId=<clientid>

can you cross check if serverurl is matching with "Server" API (in the same list) and clientid is matching with OAuth client id (you can find it in Features > Security > Client ID ?

If this looks ok, i would suggest you to raise an OSS ticket (if not done before).

Hi ansonabraham,

Can you please specify the version of the application you are running and the iOS Version?
To ensure that you have the latest version, you can uninstall the current application and download the app from the store again.

Once you are running the latest version, please try to connect to your mobile services account.
