Hello SAP Gurus,
Im new in CRM module and I'm implementing Collections Management in 1909.
1. One part of it is the interaction record, i have configured reasons and status (new open close). I tried to create & close the record but on account identification page, the record status is still open. how can you make the status close?
2. Interaction record history has no data.
i have configured the following already:
> pfcg role to interaction history
> interaction history profile
what else to do to pull the data?

It would have been great to have a look at the steps being taken to reproduce the behavior but l believe the above KBA note: 2294885 will be helpful
