CRM IC Interaction Record & History

Hello SAP Gurus,

Im new in CRM module and I'm implementing Collections Management in 1909.

1. One part of it is the interaction record, i have configured reasons and status (new open close). I tried to create & close the record but on account identification page, the record status is still open. how can you make the status close?

2. Interaction record history has no data.

i have configured the following already:

> pfcg role to interaction history

> interaction history profile

what else to do to pull the data?
