Resource pool exception : could not obtain resource with in the time out

Hi Team,

IDOC to sftp scenario, messages are failing it shows system error and messages are high volume.

Issue is cleared with restarting the channel and resending the failed message.

Here I need the root cause of this issue and permanent fix ?

The issue is in sftp channel itself, please kindly provide valuable suggestions.
