How to created purchasing automatically for non-stock spare part in PM Module?

Hi expert!

Help me please, i'm very confused bcs if i purchase spare part stock in PM Module it's already automatically created purchasing, but if i purchase spare part non stock in PM module it's not automatically created purchasing, should be created manual.

Can you explain for me how to build the system it's automatically purchase for stock and non stock spare part in PM Module.

hi muhammad,

you mean to say, when you using a stock item in the work order, system was creating the reservation for the material, and when try to use the non-stock item in the work order system is not creating the purchase requisition right.

so the solution is, you need to maintain some configurations as shown in the screen shot.

path: SPRO > Plant maintenance and Customer Service > Maintenance and service orders > Functions and settings for order types > Define change documents, Collective Purchase requisitions, MRP relevance

and maintain the values with the combination of plant and order types as shown in the below screen shot

while creating the order with the non stock item you should select the item category as "N".
