How to convert ABAP Code to run natively in SCP

I wanted to ask the community if you can share your feedback in using the abapGIT, Pros & Cons, usability, performance, maturity level and overall results.

Note that I am not looking for documentation on abapGIT. I am asking the valuable opinion and feedback of our community.

I do not think a "Yes" or "No" would give us a fair understanding that this conversion cockpit works or not. Hence, the question.
