Dear Experts,
We are using solman 7.2 sp11 and we are configuring itsm on it. We would be using itsm for sap landscape only as of now. So we want in our itsm is the email alerts that needs to be triggered to dispatcher or service desk automatically when a new incident is created in ITSM. Please help on this to achieve the same.
