WWI Report generation results in Error Message.

Hi Team,

• When we create a new Report SDS for a specification the Report automatically moving to System Error Status.
• In CG5Z We can see there is some Error message as below:
• Job started
• Step 001 started (program RC1WWIWP, variant , user ID EHS_ADM) communication error occurred in the RFC call for the WWI server SV006
• SBR WWI-00000000000000236819 communication error occurred in the RFC call for the WWI server SV006
• Error occurred on the generation server SV006nternal error in function CVE3_SEND_REMOTEMAIL (exception 2)
• Job finished

We are using content Repository to store the Report SDS and now is this issue occurs due to Content Repository or WWI server.

Kindly help me to overcome this issue.

Please check the WWI Server Set up ,

May be the return call in RFC getting failed.
