Insurance process in SAP SD

Dear Experts,

Is there any process like to claim insurance for machine in SD module, If can anyone explain what are the process flow steps.

MY Scenario: client will sell the machines to customer with warranty and while transporting the machine, if it damaged due to some reasons before/after dispatch them which are 100% damaged. In this case, whenever client get to know about damage, they will consult the insurance dept and insurance team will go to the customer location/my client local WH for survey. once they confirm to move or bring back to warehouse then client will create credit note as well as replace the machine to customer. at the same time client will claim the insurance for the damaged machine.

Can anyone suggest how to fulfil this requirement.

For capturing warranty, yes you have Customer Service module through which, all warranty related data can be captured from SD side. For Insurance, there is a specific tag which has been added by me.
