REM Scenario on S/4 1909 - MFBF Control Cycles WM Mandatory + Backflush

Dear All,

I am working on S/4 HANA 1909, in REM scenario.

When I try to confirm a planned order with the MFBF trx, system requires WM control cycles for all BOM materials.

Error Message LP114. I attached screen:

I don't want to use WM control cycles (LPK1)

I want to perform a simple GR (+131) and GI (-261).

How can I deactivate this setting that requires mandatory creation with the LPK1 for each item of the BOM?

The supply areas are maintained in the master data of the production versions and work centers.

I checked in the OSP2 customizing, (Rem Profile) and I can't find any options in this respect.

I did a test, creating all control cycles required for the BOM items in my test, and anyway the system does not perform the GI synchronized to the GR (a single material document containing both +131 and -261 movements).

Although all stock are present in Good Issue Storage Location, i have message RM198 "Backlogs from backflush were created or changed" and i found BOM items in MF47.

On this problem I found interesting article on the SAP forum, "Synchronous backflush posting with Repetitive manufacturing in embedded EWM in S/4HANA 1909 Release".

In both cases, the system does not perform GR and GI in a single document material.

How can I manage this scenario as in realase 1709? We do not use EWM.

Thanks for your collaboration
