Getting error while Building the SAP Asset Manager Application Client

Hi Experts

I am trying to building the SAP Asset manager client but getting below error while triggering create-client.cmd command.

I am following below guide to do it but getting below attached error on step 9.

NPM Version - 6.14.8 Also execute MDK Dependencies Installer and its showing all dependency is fine. Please help to resolve.
