GR Message should be consolidated

Hello Expert,

I have configured GR message functionality and it working fine but my client does not want to receive a separate email for each line item but want only one email notification for a PO nevertheless how many lines available on PO.

Please suggest.

GR message linked with GR document but why do you link with PO/PO items?

Check GR message type, probably for your case WE01 used and for multiple line items- you can use WE03 message type !

Hi Bijay,

I am using MLGR message type which is specific to GR message functionality with routine 171. In PO at the header level under-delivery tab, there is GR message checkbox that exists and that's how it links to GR from PO.
