Create Quotation in manage RFQs app

Hello community,

I create RFQ Type Request for Quote (RQ), publish it fine but when I click Create Quotation for a bidder I get this error msg:

Follow-on doc. is inconsistent. Quotation for RFQ 7000000009 couldn't be created.

I configured Automatic workflow for RFQ & Quotation

I'm on on premise 1909

Does anyone know what seems to problem?
