Need clarity - Existing WFA and now People Analytics

Hi, We recently kicked off WFA project. We are in requirement gathering phase (just 3 days). Now after reading this article I am bit confused whether we should continue with WFA or should go for People Analytics. Will we hav all functionalities in existing WFA , what is being offered in People Analytics? What is the difference between two. Pls guide urgently.
