Hmm. There's not really a lot of settings for SF that can go wrong. There's no URL overrides (on the system URL) pointing to a different resource, or anything? What happens if you set Custom Content to OFF, so you are only referencing the SAP servers? If that works, then there is likely an issue with your own Workarea. Check permissions (although it shouldn't be that), SSO settings, that all Resources are there and have been Published...

Oh, maybe it is saying that the synch with the connected Workarea isn't complete. Try it with your own Workarea that hasn't been Based on the SAP standard Workarea (just remove the 'Based on...' - create a new/empty Workarea). It can take a while to connect, and maybe that didn't complet or failed...

If it's none of that then it may be down to your own network / firewalls, etc. Make sure you have all the relevant sites whitelisted, etc. And check ports.

Yo have a trailing backslash at the end of the Plugin Server URL and your custom Enable Now Server? (i.e. "https://webassistant.enable-now.cloud.sap/" and "https://myserver.enable-now.cloud.sap/")?
