After Rebate final settlement the accrual value is not showing zero

Hello All,

The rebate agreement has status D (final settlement already carries out) but still in Sales volume for Rebate Agreement screen the accrual is not showing zero .This is new area for me ,So Could you please let me know what could be the possible reasons.

Hi,

I found out the cause for this issue. The some line items of credit memo request were deleted which was created after final settlement .Hence there is some Accrual value in sales volume screen even after final settlement.

Hi Lakshmipathi,

Thanks for your reply .I looked OSS note 2725559.

In our rebate agreement no calendar maintained .so issue seems to be something else.
