SAP Analytics Cloud Trial - no activation email but have confirmed email

Hello,

I have registered for the trial version of SAP Analytics Cloud however I have not received the activation email. I have confirmed my email address and have checked my junk folder but there is nothing.

I have also tried to follow the troubleshooting post of clicking forgot my password however this doesn't work either. I originally signed up 3 days ago so it can't just be delayed.

I would appreciate any help as I'd like to be able to use this for the SAC course!

Please don't ask a new question -- posted as an answer -- in an old thread. It's highly unlikely you'll find a solution that way.

I have tried everything again but still haven't had the activation email. I tried signing up, using confirm your email link (but this now says its either invalid or already used) and tried to forgot my password but no luck.
