can't find crdb_adoplus.dll

Dear SAP Crystal Report for VS Team,

I'm using Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2019 and I installed CR package which is CRforVS13SP28_0-10010309.EXE.

when I tried to connect DataSet to rpt file, I get error (please kindly see the screenshot).

I'm not sure if I've done any thing wrong.

I tried to do

1. uninstall SAP Crystal report for VS

2. restart the machine

3. re-install CRforVS13SP28_0-10010309.EXE

System Enviroment

- Windows 10: Version 2004, Build 19041.508

- Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2019: Version 16.6.2

I would like to share some screenshots.

I would like to appreciate any your suggestion.
