HANA standby node failover.

Hi,

Considering I have 2 nodes(worker) for HANA system, I'd like to add 1 node as standby. Is there a document to tell how to do the setup ?

1. I'd like the failover node can take over the failed node for either worker node

2. Can I manual failover(or call it switch over) the worker node to the standby node ?
