Human Resources shares a lot of common artefacts across geographies and industries.
This also goes for HR Metrics & KPI's that have shared terminology across geographies. Headcount, Retention Rate, Voluntary Separation Ratio.
But then again, some industries could have a need to have special industry specific metrics or KPI's. What are your thoughts? Do you think it is relevant to have industry specific HR metrics, or should all industries just share a one size fits all?
