Basic C4C quiz questions for user training

Hi,

Can anyone recommend/share any basic C4C quiz questions which I could use as part of some user training sessions being designed? I can for sure create my own no problem, but thought I'd first check to see if there's any which can be shared and/or published already?

Hi Ben,

For (end) user training i always combine questions on the organisations and the goals they want to achieve - so some context for the C4C implementation and importance. I include a basic question on the SAP company / the brand SAP and some question on the C4C cloud solution it self. So on the master data model (difference prospect and account - contact persons and relationships) and on a for the end uses relevant process e.g. service "what can be registered in a ticket: spare parts, service provided, time spent, cost for lunch etc. What is the next step when an opportunity is won etc.

Hey, thanks Kushal I'll take a look at this. Even if it's a little more advance than we need for our end users, I'm sure I'll benefit as I plan to take the Sales Cloud courses later this year 🙂
