SAP CRM: Tables SMOTVKOS and SMOTVKOV has entries that need to be deleted

We have a issue when we create sales order in CRM it gives a pop-up for same sales organization with different divisions. We figured out that tables SMOTVKOS and SMOTVKOV have entries in them which should not exist in CRM. So question is how do we delete these entries from CRM?
