I have an issue with task notifications being sent out to multiple users since a New Company (NC) was added to the system recently - POs raised in the Original Company (OC) do not get tasks sent out to multiple users as high priority tasks and I want it to be the same for NC
Original query: " The system seems to be sending notifications out to the Execs for tasks that haven’t been completed. Can this be turned off – I don’t think it does this for OC entity tasks; and Why would the Execs of OC receive these notifications for PO’s from NC? "
I believed that these should be defaulting to the Org Unit Manager, but I can see in the Org. Unit managers are assigned, however this was not the solution as tasks are still e-mailing multiple Excecs rather than the managers assigned

With this I then added Organizational Work Distribution rules for NC (and the Business Residence associated to it) Unfortunately the tasks are still going out to multiple employees.
Can anyone confirm how\why these are still being sent out?
I assume there is a setting somewhere to distribute these tasks, but I am unable to find it.
