Delivery complete indicator after partial delivery

I have Created PO and Released for Quantity 400. Now 200 was delivered. Now we decided to stop the further deliveries. what to do??? Delivery completed Indicator in Disable mode? Please suggest me.

There will be NO impact on invoice if your PO has GR-Based-IV.

You just need to mark "Delivery complete" indicator and communicate your decision to the vendor. This way open PO quantity will not show in MRP planning and you correctly reflect in the system the business situation you have.

If the delivery completion indicator is set for partial delivered PO, System doesn't stop you from taking GR for remaining qty.

Either you should use latest GR possible date (along with error msg set). Or

Change the PO qty to delivered qty. ME22N

few questions.........is it happening for one PO only or for all POs?...does it get auto check when you do 100 percent receipt?

if this is only for one PO specifically where you cant check the Dl com indicator then share the current conditon of the PO means what kidn of PO oyu are creating and what is data in it.

OR

check if you have any customisaiton done for the mIGO transaction?

SPRO --> MM --> Purchasing --> PO--> Define Layout at Document Level

if this you need as a generic solution then for now you can lock the PO and it will not allow any GR further.

That's a really strange behavior of your system as you should be able to set "delivery complete" indicator - see note 1093582 - FAQ: Delivery complete indicator ELIKZ for some details on the indicator. Are you sure you've not blocked the PO item or marked it for deletion? Don't you have any enhancements or custom configuration that would disable the indicator.

Also look at the note 856279 - MIGO: Proposed qty despite 'delivery completed' indicator for explanation on the indicator vs blocking further receipt topic.
