I have a main report and a sub report. The sub report has a parameter that the main report does not have. I can't delete it because it is somewhere on the report but I can't find it.
ver 14.0.12.1946
I exported to a report definition and scanned it for the field name but nothing was there. Where else could it be?
Thank you very much!!!
There is a menu Item when you mouse over it called Report Explorer.
No search option in it but you can expand each section and look for the object it's complaining about.

You can also look at suppression formulas - on objects and sections, or other formulas in the Section Expert. You should be able to right-click on the parameter in the Field Explorer which will bring up a menu with various "Find" options for finding where it's used.

Most likely, it is the parameter that Crystal automatically creates for each subreport link.
If that was not the issue, please upload the rpt and specify the parameter name you are looking for.
I have report inspection software that should be able to detect where the parameter is used.
