Machine Learning based Text Comparison API

Hi,

i am looking for a Machine Learning Service based on SCP to compare to long texts, what about is my customer asking for. As i now in the past there was a service within the SCP AI Business Services for text management, but now i am missing this. Any idea where to find this? Cant find it neither on SAP API business hub nor in the SCP scope description.
