Query on File Download/Upload in sap MDG

Dear Experts,

We have a requirement -- When we download a file template in SAP MDG for file upload , System gives us TECHNICAL FIELD names (Like MATNR) in the the downloaded template file.

Our client requirement is -- System should give us FIELD DESCRIPTION(Material Number) instead of TECHNICAL FIELD name(MATNR).

How to achieve?
