Source Inspection is not happening in Project Based PO Created

Dear Experts,

I want to test source inspection. I have done following:

1. Activated 0101 inspection type in material master. Maintained 0101 as preferred inspection type.

2. Chosen QM control key.

3. Maintained Q-info record with release quantity active, source inspection-no GR control.

4. Created inspection plan with characteristics for result recording of lot.

5. Created purchase order from Project released PR .

But when i am generating worklist for source inspection lot through QI07, i am getting not finding any Inspection lot .

But when i am generating worklist for source inspection lot through QI07, through manually generating PO, then i got Insp. Lot in QI07.

Please advise how to get lot.
