SAP unable to compare the text strings properly

Hi Team,

SAP-GTS is unable to compare the text strings properly for blocked partner,can anybody help me to resolve this issue.I performed simulation process in test system it is not working in my system.

I have made the typo error in the above business partner for testing purpose during simulation process but GTS unable to capture the Business partner as blocked.What might be the major cause for this and how to correct it?
