hi all,

ARFC:* background job auto scheduled even after deleting job manually, still apprises after some time.

these jobs contains abap RSARFCSE report..!

i followed this https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/abapconn/many+background+arfcxxxx+jobs+visible+in+sm37

and this note : 1902003 too but problem still appearing in sap..!

and i am not able to find tRFC options in sm59 as shown in note..!!!

Manoj,

Deleting the job manually will not help as these are created when unsuccessful ARFC found in table ARFCSSTATE,

As per OSS#1902003 : If you would like to stop the ARFC* jobs from being created: Go to transaction SM59 -> Edit the corresponding RFC destination -> Edit -> tRFC Option -> Set "Suppress background job if conn. error" = "X".

You should be able to see this option as per note. check again.

i am not able to see tRFC Options in sm59.

corresponding RFC destination means? i have not created any rfc destination from my id.

Please check ABAP Connection Type "3" as per the OSS Note.

there are some abap connection but non are created by my id

Hello manoj16393 ,

The affected SM59 destination could have been created by any user.

You might as well address the root cause of why the RFCs failed in the first place...

The automatic job creation is to reprocess the failed RFCs... If you suppress the job, then you would have to manually reprocess the failed RCFs.
