how to trigger Labour is on Leave in Plant maintenance order in sap pm

Hello all,

I have query regarding link of SAP HR and SAP Plant Maintenance.

In SAP HR ,they put Labour is on Leave .Now how Plant Maintenance person knows that this labour is on leave.
In Plant maintenance order how it will trigger that Labour is on Leave.

Prasad,

You could probably write some code when saving an order to check if the person is available on that date/time.

Have a look at user-exit IWO10009 (SMOD) or BADI WORKORDER_UPDATE (SE18).

You should see this information in the "individual" capacity leveling transactions such as CM30 and CM24.

It can also be shown in MRS if you are using it.

Is it possible that suppose in Maintenance order I enter personnel no ,then it should show labour is on leave ,as labour is on leave in SAP HR ..which should link with sap hr and sap pm ?
