A process template was activated and deployed in production. However, while creating process instance ,I am not able to choose that process template . What could be the issue ? (NOTE :Its a BPC 10.0 issue)
can you share them in English? Make a copy of that process template by making it New version, then "Validate" it and Deploy" and lastly click on "Refresh". Then check whether its visible in process instance creation. I hope you have all the authorizations required.
