SAP MM Techno-Functional

Hi ,

I stopped working as an MM Techno-Functional Consultant in 2015 due to personal reasons. I worked in ECC and I am an SAP Certified application Associate in MM . Now I would Like to resume. I lam learning SAPUI5, ODATA, CDS . I have a little knowledge in server side programming using Node.js(Express framework). If I want to go back as a Techno-Functional consultant again, is my skills relevant? What do I need to update in MM and Technical Side? If I want to move towards cloud world for both MM and Technical (I am not sure whether there is any for MM in cloud), What is the learning path? The info is overwhelming in the web. I couldn't understand 😞

Regards,

Sarah

MM is still around, but maybe you want to become more familiar with S/4HANA - you can take free OpenSAP classes such as the ones listed below:

also see https://blogs.sap.com/2020/09/08/free-things-to-do-to-move-to-s-4hana-asug-recap/

There are some changes for MM in S/4HANA, so it would be good to know those things

Hi and welcome to the SAP Community!

Thank you for visiting SAP Community to get answers to your questions. Since you're asking a question here for the first time, I recommend that you familiarize yourself with https://community.sap.com/resources/questions-and-answers (if you haven't already), as it provides tips for preparing questions that draw responses from our members. For example, you can outline what steps you took to find answers (and why they weren't helpful) and share screenshots of what you've seen/done. The more details you provide, the more likely it is that members will be able to assist you.

Should you wish, you can revise your question by selecting Actions, then Edit (although once someone answers your question, you'll lose the ability to edit the question -- but if that happens, you can leave more details in a comment).

Finally, if you're hoping to connect with readers, please consider adding a picture to your profile. Here's how you do it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F5JdUbyjfMA&list=PLpQebylHrdh5s3gwy-h6RtymfDpoz3vDS. By personalizing your profile with a photo of you, you encourage readers to respond.

Cheers,
