Hi Community,
I would like to sync an internal E-Mail with an existing C4C contact -> means: no match between sender/receiver email-adress in Outlook and C4C-contact-Email-adress.
I am missing the "save email" button because I want to sync the whole internal e-mail with that C4C-contact and not just the attachments
For accounts it is easily possible to save such an internal e-mail why not for contacts? With the Outlook-Add-in it was also easily possible with drag&drop.
Any idea why this feature is not available? Any workaround possible?
