CO14 change screen size

Is there a way to increase the CO14 display screen size without changing the font size?

Without changing the font size you want to change screen size of CO14 maybe screen enhancement can help here or new glasses 😉

Through screen painter SE51 transaction you can do that modification for Program SAPLCORU Screen number 0230 ALV Tree: Operation Overview Display in control area (CTRL_OPR_VIEW)

Please refer SAP consulting note on it,
