Offline Approval from outlook

Hi team,

i have implmented the SMTP,ICM and SCOT setting, but when i trigger the email from outlook its showing the below error.

The recipient's email address isn't correct. Please check the email address and try to resend the message. If the problem continues, contact your helpdesk.
