Action whenever Email Document comes to SBWP Monitor

Hi All ,

I have a requirement like below .

From some 3rd party system Email is coming to SBWP of user ( I dont know how its coming , assuming its not from any Workflow) i need to read the email as soon as it landed in SBWP and check if its coming from a particular Group then Consider that email and read the subject and attachments (Basically access the contents of that email ) .

I understand SBWP is picking data from some backend Tables and displaying the results as monitor tool . But what i need is triggering some Event / Functionality as soon as the email arrives in SBWP .

Please put your suggestions .
