How to enable Kyma environment in a subaccount?
The Kyma function enable-view do not show on subaccount view under the cf-view.
Hello reggie.guan,
Please look at https://help.sap.com/viewer/65de2977205c403bbc107264b8eccf4b/LATEST/en-US/ccb83c700e8d4bb8aa545d7307... on how to enable Kyma runtime in your trial account. If it doesn't show up, it means the subaccount was created before the Kyma Trial release and you need to entitle Kyma to that subaccount.
Best regards,
Marco.

Hi reggie.guan ,
after trying to enable Kyma in my environment i would get error: Kyma processing failed after around 3 hours. There are no detailed error messages that would suggest root couse. Do you have any hints on how to proceed?

Hello andrzejbrodniewicz,
Could you send me the URL of the subaccount in which you are trying to create Kyma Runtime? We are constantly monitoring our provisioner and debug if errors occur. The fact that this happened several times for you is very unfortunate and shouldn't be the case. I want to make sure it is not a problem with your (sub)account.
Can you send it to me via my Twitter or Linkedin account which I show in my profile?
Best regards,
Marco.
