S4 hana -QM

Sir,

1. SAP note no required to handle Authorisation Issue in QM (S4H), is there any best practice to handle it?

2. Is Catalogue, Selected set will be moved as Transport request in S4H, currently it was handled as master in ECC , any note relevant for this.
