PPM Work Flow setting

Dear expert,

I want to implement when item DP Status changes, the status of the project phase changes.

I already know I need to activate the implementation /RPM/DES_POINT_WF of the BAdI definition /RPM/DECISION_POINT.

The problem I have now is that the 'activity' is emtpy in the following path,I don't know if this affects the functionality I mentioned above, or if this configuration is just for sending emails.

SPRO > SAP Portfolio and Project Management > Portfolio Management > Global Customizing > Global Settings > Workflow Settings >maintain configuration for workflow recipients
